Justice for Dog
and Cat Owners in the Aftermath of Hurricane Katrina
The dogs were among more than 30 found shot to death at three
schools. Now, an attorney is filing a civil lawsuit on the
behalf of owners, against the officers accused of either pulling
the trigger or giving the order to shoot.
